The living room is comfortable and inviting with a beautiful gas fireplace to sit and enjoy , TV room off the Livingroom, with pull-out Queen size Boston interiors bed/sofa, and sliding barn door offering privacy for extra guests! Enjoy Your coffee at listening to the birds, and enjoying the natural beauty of Falmouth. The spacious first floor master bedroom suite, with master bath, walk in closet/, dressing room, equipped with flat screen TV, vaulted ceiling and generous sized floor to ceiling windows, overlooking the pool and deck. Summary: We had such a fabulous time here. The house was perfect. The pool was awesome and the location was great. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Lisa and Darryl were great and so easy to get a hold of. We hope to come back for more summers!

Summary: We were a group of 6 that stayed here for a week this July. We absolutely loved this house! The house is immaculate with very comfortable and cozy areas to sit, read, and play games. The dining table seats 6. The beds were very comfortable. We all particularly loved the pool (saltwater, I believe)- it was the perfect temperature, even during the many cool days we had. Lisa and Darryl were very responsive to all our questions and needs. An added bonus were the bikes for us to use! I should also mention that the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, detergent etc. My family has decided that this is "our" house at the cape each summer vacation!

Summary: My family had a great experience at this house. The pictures and description was accurate. The whole house was clean and had everything we needed. There was more room than expected. Bedrooms were big.. The pool was warm and clean. Great location. The neighborhood was quiet. It was a short ride to beaches, Falmouth or Mashpee. Lisa and Darryl were very responsive and great hosts. We would rent this again.
